Greek Spinach Pie


1/2 cup Green onions, chopped
1 tb Butter
1 pk Spinach, thawed & drain
1/2 cup Cottage cheese
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Bisquick
3 Eggs
1 tsp. Lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Pepper
3 tb Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg


Layer spinach, onions and cottage cheese in greased dish.
Place remaining ingredients in a blender and puree, pour over cheese.
Bake at 350° for 35-45 min or until completely set.
